There will be a memorial service tomorrow, Thursday, June 11th at the VFW Post 2889 on Main Street, Rock Hill, at 6:00 PM Monroe was an officer (Surgeon) at Post 9138 in Fort Mill. We encourage everyone that can, to please attend the memorial service in Rock Hill We will miss Monroe and may he rest in peace.
